1940s Velvet Skirt and Bolero Set shrug There is a grosgrain bow1940s or early 50s black velvet skirt and bolero set with ivory lace trim. Lined bolero ties in front with two self ties and has lace trimmed 3 4 sleeves. Full skirt fastens with a side metal zip and single button. Set is in excellent condition aside from a spot on the trim of one sleeve. The set measures like an xxs.
